We are able to provide full event management services for corporate entities as well as cater for private functions. However, we do also have equipment available for hire, ranging from stage trussing to smoke machines.
PUBLIC EVENTS & LARGE-SCALE PRODUCTIONS

We know big events—R&G Oktoberfest is proof. With 11 successful editions under our belt and our 12th on the way, we’ve built a reputation for delivering Zambia’s most anticipated large-scale experiences.

If you're planning a major public event, we have the team, tools, and know-how to make it happen. From budget planning and supplier management to technical setup, security, gate control, IG corners, and clean-up—we handle it all. You’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who lives and breathes your event, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.
CORPORATE FUNCTIONS

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
